Create a Safer, Kinder, and More Resilient School Culture with Bullyproof Australia

Jeff Horn – Former School Teacher, London Olympian & World Boxing Champ

Is your school feeling the pressure of rising behavioural challenges and declining student wellbeing?

Across Australia, teachers and school staff are being stretched beyond traditional roles—often without the tools or training they need. That’s where Bullyproof Australia steps in.

A Complete, Cost effective, In-Class Solution for Primary and High School Students

Bullyproof Australia is a comprehensive, age-appropriate program delivered by classroom teachers during school hours. Designed to build empathy, respect, and resilience, it equips students with practical strategies for handling conflict and anti-social behaviours—without ever resorting to harm.

This is not a martial arts or boxing program Instead, it’s about empowering young people to become the best versions of themselves with our guiding philosophies:

Nobody goes home hurt—physically or mentally.

We Strive to have for ourselves and all others – RESPECT
We Show no matter what that we are not afraid – COURAGE
We Are honest and upstanding always -INTEGRITY
IF We get knocked down 7 times, we rise 8 times -RESILIANCE

Tailored for Every Stage of Development

The program is structured across key learning phases:

  • Primary School:
    • Prep – Year 2
    • Years 3 – 4
    • Years 5 – 6

  • High School:
    • Years 7 – 10
    • Years 11 – 12

As students mature, so does the content—ensuring age-appropriate delivery that resonates with their current social and emotional development.

What Students Learn

The program focuses on:

✅ Emotional regulation
✅ Building positive relationships with peers, teachers, and the wider community
✅ Understanding and identifying bullying behaviours
✅ The power of language and kindness
✅ Clear action plans for dealing with anti-social behaviour both in and out of school

Our content is developed in collaboration with:

  • A registered clinical psychologist
  • Experienced Queensland educators (current and former)
  • Respected sporting professionals

Support Beyond the Classroom

Families stay informed and involved via our free Mentor Respect device app, which gives parents and guardians access to core program content. Highschool students also have access. The app also provides quick links to critical support services like:

  • Beyond Blue
  • Kids Helpline
  • Domestic violence support resources
  • Comprehensive first aid manual
  • Direct contact messaging service for parents to contact the school regarding bullying or anti-social incidents involving their kids

Let’s Start the Conversation

All I ask is the opportunity to speak with your school’s leadership team. We’d love to present the program in more detail and explore how Bullyproof Australia can support your students, staff, and school culture.
